Cornerstone seeks opportunities to acquire completed office buildings, warehouses, research and development properties, retail centers, apartment communities, and full service hotels located throughout the United States. In addition, Cornerstone has a very active joint venture development program. Our focused approach to acquisitions is based on research-driven fundamentals and hands-on market knowledge. To date, we have over $9.6 billion in public and private real estate under management and $1.4 billion targeted for future acquisitions.

Cornerstone's Acquisitions team accesses investment opportunities either directly through industry relationships or through the brokerage community. We then develop a strategic analysis for the property to determine its suitability in seeking to meet our clients' objectives.
