Cornerstone's research is based on a fundamental approach to understanding markets. We use a top-down view of the sweeping forces in the economy that affect value while using a bottom-up microeconomic view based at the market and submarket level to understand how those forces play out in individual assets.

Utilizing a vast array of information sources, Cornerstone's research team develops forecasts for markets and property types that are combined with investment weighting ratings for use in structuring our clients' portfolios.
